We all know that green tea is good for you. Matcha is even better since you consume the whole leaf. Also to be a true matcha (like the kind in Ultimatcha), the plants must be shade grown. This actually increases the phytonutrient levels, which makes it even better for you. Shade growing also makes it taste sweeter and less bitter. Be warned: not all matcha is shade grown. Although it's extra work, it's worth it because you can taste the difference.
Wellmune® + Quercetin
